Here are answers to some of the questions you might ask. If you cannot find your answer here, then please send email to support.

Q: Rather than renew my support contract, can I pay for support when I need it?
A: No. Support contracts are for twelve months and must be in place before you hit a problem.

Q: The development work is finished, but I need occasional support for the lifetime of the application. What can you offer?
A: We are always happy to negotiate a special support contract to meet your requirements.

Q: At the end of my project, can I transfer the license to some other organization?
A: Yes. If you have a current support contract, then we will be happy to issue a new license. The old license will be revoked. However, where you have no current support contract, then we will transfer the license for a small fee.
